Align	The align option defines the position of the label relative to the anchor point position and orientation.
Anchor	An anchor point is defined by an orientation vector and a position on the data element.
Event	This DataLabelsPlugin.ID plugin currently supports the below label events. Charba events that need to be enabled in order to get the associated label event working.
